Private Sessions

Private somatic movement sessions that are designed to meet you where you are and help guide you to living a more embodied lifestyle. Whether you are looking to release stress, enhance body awareness, improve mobility or foster emotional healing, each session is designed with your specific goals in mind.

Group Sessions & Workshops

Interested in exploring somatic movement in a group setting? I offer group sessions and full or half-day workshops for individuals, teams, or communities. This is a wonderful way to care for our well-being while creating a lasting, meaningful experience for your community. Sessions are adaptable to various needs and skill levels.

Couples Somatic

Strengthen your bond with a personalized somatic movement session for couples. This is an opportunity for you and your partner to take time for healing and movement together. The sessions will include shared relaxation techniques, partner exercises, and ways to move, stretch, and most importantly– connect!

Private and couples’ sessions are available both in-person at your home or virtually, providing you with the flexibility and comfort to choose what works best for you. Pricing on offerings vary depending on the length of the session and the number of people in attendance.

I’m So Glad You’re Here

My somatic journey began during one of the most challenging periods of my life. In 2018, I unexpectedly lost my mother, which set off a downward spiral fueled by unresolved trauma from that loss and a range of other issues I had long ignored. This period left me emotionally and physically unbalanced, causing anxiety and chronic pain.

With a background in dance, I knew moving my body always helped me feel better, but during that difficult time, it became one of the few things that truly provided relief. This realization led me to further explore movement as a healing tool, eventually discovering somatics—a powerful practice that bridges the body-mind connection. 

As I continue to practice and share somatics with others, I am constantly amazed by how effective it is. From a firsthand account, I've experienced my own anxiety and physical pain shift, leaving me feeling better than ever. This personal transformation has fueled my passion to share this journey with others. Together, let's explore ways to heal our bodies and minds and embrace a deeper connection to ourselves. Through somatic practices, we can create lasting change and find peace, balance, and empowerment on our path to healing.
